Our Captured Moments
Our Story
Tyler and Lucy met in 2005, but became friends in the Edmond Memorial Bulldog Band. They parted ways after Tyler’s graduation when he moved to Stillwater to get a degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University. The following year, Lucy graduated from Memorial and moved to Fulton, Missouri to ride for the equestrian team at William Woods University, and get a Biology degree. After freshman year, Lucy moved back to Oklahoma to continue her degree at the University of Oklahoma, but she and Tyler never lost touch. Through the last few years of college, they stayed good friends, which eventually led to a strong foundation for their relationship. After many “dates” that weren’t quite dates to Lucy, Tyler finally got up the courage to ask Lucy on their first “official” date on Valentine’s Day 2018. After few more dates and dinner/homework evenings in Stillwater, they started officially dating on either March 3rd or 4th (depending on who you ask). Tyler got an internship in Wichita through the summer of 2018 while Lucy lived in Guthrie managing a nonprofit and took summer classes.
In December 2019, Tyler and Lucy planned their annual light-seeing night with Kyleigh and Colten Addington, going back to the Rhema Light show, hopefully recreating the previous year’s photos. After a late start hitting the road, they met up with Ky & Colt and wandered around the Rhema lights. MANY photos later, they finished with going across the light bridge, where Tyler told Lucy to wait until less people were there, because it would make for better photos. They posed, and Tyler leaned into Lucy and said “I love you”, to which she naturally replied “I love you too”! He leaned over and said “Do you know how much I love you?” ….”No…?”
And he got down on a knee with the most perfect ring ever… Which Lucy nearly forgot to put on through the shock and tears.
Which leads us to our most prefect day that we cannot wait to share with our friends and family.
Lucy Elizabeth
Lucy grew up in Edmond, just a couple miles from Tyler. She began college at William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri pursuing a degree in Biology and riding on their hunter jumper show team. Her passion for horses brought her back to Oklahoma to continue her degree at the University of Oklahoma while helping run Thoroughbred Athletes, Inc. through college. She graduated in December 2019 with a degree in Biology pre-nursing, and a minor in Non-Profit Organization Management. She is currently waiting for nursing school to start while working at La Dolce Vita Farms in Edmond, and growing her photography business.

Tyler Joseph
Tyler grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and followed in his siblings and parents footsteps to Oklahoma State University. His internships took him to Houston, Texas and Wichita, Kansas, and luckily, stuck around the Oklahoma City area after graduating OSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. The "I do" Crew!
Mary Anderson
Maid of Honor.
Mary and I have been each other's number one since day one. We've shared vacations together been in school together, and no matter time or distance, the world could not even begin to separate us. I could not be more excited to have Mary stand next to me on this day, or the rest of my life.
Grace Greenawalt
Bridesmaid.
Grace and I met on August 4th, 1997, and have been rivaling sisters ever since. While we have our moments, Grace and I are best friends. While Grace is managing a job in Disney and teaching the youth of Florida, I am so grateful that she can share this special day with us, and I'm lucky to have her by my side.
Kyleigh Addington
Bridesmaid.
Kyleigh and I met through horses (and a common love for Aaron Watson), so it was no guess we would be instant friends. She was there from the early moments to the engagement, and many lovely moments in between. Kyleigh is my shoulder to cry on and fellow animal lover. I am elated to have Kyleigh play a part in our big day!
Taylor Woods
Bridesmaid.
Taylor and I met at WIlliam Woods University in 2015, and I basically demanded her friendship. From sharing a twin bed for half a semester to the hardships of grad school, Taylor and I share a love of margaritas and horses. When it was time for dress shopping, Taylor had a keen sense of helping me find the perfect one!
Bailey Helterbrand
Bridesmaid.
Bailey and I met in 2016 through the OU Equestrian Team. Much like my other horse friends, I forced myself into her life and haven't looked back. We roomed together for two years, and co-parented 2 of the greatest cats, and helped each other through the struggles of jobs in school. I'm so lucky to have her next to me!
Fatima Jaime
Flower girl/Bridesmaid.
Fatima and I met through horses in 2015 and have shared a close bond ever since. I deemed myself "Barn Mom" while We worked together, and I can't imagine not sharing my special day with this beautiful light. Being a passionate animal lover, you will probably see Fatima with Titan and/or Atlas on wedding day.
The Yes Men
Colten Addington
Best Man. Officiant.
Colten and I's friendship was not fate, it was plotted by Lucy and Kyleigh (Colten's Wife). Lucy called me in March of 2018, and said something along the lines of "I have a new best friend for you". Well, it didn't take long before we hit it off, and Colten has quickly become one of my closest friends that I can confide in, share happiness with, and lean on. Working at Church on the Move in Tulsa and having a fire in his heart for God, I knew that he would be a perfect officiant to guide us on our special day. But it wouldn't be right without also including him in the Yes Men. So, in May, Colten will be performing double duties, and we are so thrilled that he is able to help us create the perfect day.
Kyle Hadley
Groomsman.
I like to think I followed in Kyle's footsteps through my young years. He always helped me practice soccer, and I followed him to be a goalie for a number of years, and encouraged me to join the high school team. Kyle taught me to shoot guns, and always led by example. Don't be afraid to speak your mind, don't take life too seriously, and always finish what you started. Kyle's garage is full of wood working tools, and I proudly showcase some of his best work in my house, through my envy that I don't have as many tools. I was a groomsman for his fantastic wedding, and now I get to follow in his footsteps once again.
Corey Hadley
Groomsman.
While I followed Kyle through high school, Corey's technical hobbies and major in college intrigued me. As I started my college journey in Civil Engineering, I quickly found that his classes for Management Information Systems looked more entertaining and enjoyable. I switched to the same major, and he helped me find passion in my work. Always sharing ideas for projects, he usually executes them first, and helps me work on my fun ideas. I got to stand by his side for his wedding, and in May, he will do the same for me. I don't say it enough, but thank you for everything you do.
Caleb Kliewer
Groosman.
Friends since Kindergarten, Caleb and I went through school together, and roomed together at OSU. We both changed majors to Management Information Systems, and share an equal enthusiasm for technology. Caleb left me in Stillwater to transfer to UCO where he graduated with a bachelors degree in MIS. Nowadays, Caleb and I usually hang out at the gun range or online playing video games, and he joined my efforts to create version II of Ranch Manager, an equine records management app.
Chris Doidge
Groomsman.
Friends since U4 soccer, Chris and I spent our school days together, and were roommates throughout college. Chris got my expensive gun hobby underway, and you can usually find us at the gun range with Caleb or playing video games online.
Titan Hadley
Ring Bearer.
The youngest member of the wedding party at just over one year old. Titan joined our family a few short months ago and we can't imagine our lives without him. He is the most well-behaved bundle of happiness that you will ever meet, and we could not imagine excluding him from our wedding day.
About Our Venue
Longview is owned by John Bryant, a close family friend of the Greenawalts. When John originally saw his new home, he had a vision for it that surpassed it just being a house. He aspired for the property to be a home, where his family and friends gathered to enjoy time together. He expanded his house, added a pool for his children and grandchildren to enjoy (and himself, of course!), and renovated a barn as well. He generously offered his home as the perfect venue for our outdoor ceremony, and has shown us love with open arms as we plan our wedding day.
I (Lucy) grew up with John as my neighbor across the street. I would count his coins that he found in his garage, house sit, and dog sit regularly- Bear was the greatest labrador ever. Not only am I beyond excited to be able to use such a beautiful property, but I am already overwhelmed with love from the whole family, and their help through the planning process.
